convenient location comfortable bed helpful staff broken air conditioning basic room breakfast buffet
the location was very convenient for getting around i found it quiet. the room had a comfortable bed i slept well. the staff were helpful when i needed something.
the air conditioning did not work well a portable heater was provided. the room felt quite basic for the price i paid. the breakfast buffet was not well maintained there were items missing and i had to ask for them.

tidy bathroom amazing food efficient people
I stayed for three nights with dinner and breakfast included and I was happy. The standard room was quite big. It had a clean, tidy bathroom. The food was amazing. I'm so grateful for all the people. They were nice and efficient.
The reception staffs could use more training on customer interactions.

generally okay stay
early check-in kind staff convenient location uncomfortable bed poor pillow support difficult handle
i was close to the barbican and farringdon stations. staff were kind. i was able to check in early for £30. breakfast had brioche french toast and shakshuka.
the bed was too short for me. pillows did not offer enough support. the bathroom handle was hard to operate with weaker hands.

spacious room comfy bed convenient location
the room was spacious i found the bed quite comfy. the location near the tube station proved convenient. the breakfast options included a full cooked english selection it was worth it.
i noticed constant bubbling sounds from behind the bathroom throughout the night. the air conditioning blew cold air intermittently even when switched off. i had to remove my room card to stop it but the boiling water sound persisted.

great location usual amenities hot options
the location is great near several tube stations and st paul's cathedral. the room was clean with usual amenities available. i found the breakfast enjoyable with several hot cooked options. luggage storage was also very helpful before check-in.
i was woken each morning by very loud glass bottle clearance from bins. it happened early before 7am. i did not ask to change rooms however this impacted my stay.
